Return & Refunds

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or item, you can return it to us within 10 days after you received the item for a refund or exchange.

Please send us an email service@grabmylook.com before you return your item to obtain the Return or Exchange Form with authorization code, fill it and send it to service@grabmylook.com. Please DO NOT send back your item until we have e-mail you back with the appropriate address which is not the one displayed on your parcel.

All items must in mint original condition, unworn and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, are not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

For refund opted we will refund you the item price you paid, and if your items enjoyed free shipping when purchased we will refund you the payment you paid - deducted shipping cost incurred when ship to you ( around GBP 1.4 or USD1.8 per 100 gram and only real cost incurred will be deducted).

We will notify you in 24 hours once we received your item, and will issue a refund once we received back the item in good condition. We will not accept any returns if item worn or washed. The money will be credited back to your PayPal account.

For exchange opted we will notify you once we received your items, and send you shipping fee invoice via PayPal for shipping the exchanged items to your country. (only real shipping cost incurred will be charged)

Any unused Points from Points Grabber programme given from this transaction will be cancelled. If the Points has been used, your refund will be deducted by the monetary value of the equivalent Points used.
